Terms of Use
These terms set the practical boundary for KinCue's public demo and signed-in hackathon beta.
Version 1.0 · Effective July 17, 2026
Using KinCue
These terms apply to the public Try Demo and the Google-authenticated KinCue service. By using either experience, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use KinCue.
KinCue is intended for adult account holders coordinating family logistics. Children should not create accounts or use the signed-in service on their own.
Public Try Demo
The public demo uses fictional, synthetic family samples. It does not require an account, and its guest progress stays in the browser until it is reset or cleared.
Fixed demo analysis makes no OpenAI request. If you deliberately choose the optional Live AI mode, KinCue sends only the selected synthetic sample to OpenAI and falls back to the fixed result if live analysis is unavailable.
Accounts and family workspaces
The signed-in service uses Google authentication through Supabase. You are responsible for your Google account, active sessions, and activity performed through your account.
A family workspace can contain information shared with invited members. Invite only people you intend to give access to, and review family membership and assignments before relying on them.
Uploads, voice, and permissions
Upload or enter only material you are authorized to handle. You remain responsible for the content you provide and for minimizing child, family, health, and other sensitive details.
Before recording or uploading another person's voice or conversation, obtain any consent required from that person and by applicable law. Do not upload unlawful, abusive, infringing, or malicious content.
AI output requires human review
KinCue can extract proposed dates, tasks, owners, and source evidence, but output can be incomplete or wrong. Check the original source, correct the result, and confirm it before using or exporting it.
KinCue does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and it does not make eligibility or safety decisions. It is not an emergency service. Verify appointments, deadlines, locations, and instructions with the responsible person or provider.
Calendar and third-party services
A Google Calendar link opens a prefilled draft, and an ICS file is a download. Neither action guarantees that an event was saved, synced, delivered, or kept up to date.
Google, Supabase, OpenAI, and Cloudflare provide parts of the service under their own terms and availability. KinCue does not control those third-party services.
Acceptable use and security
Do not try to access another family's workspace, bypass security controls, disrupt the service, probe credentials, or use KinCue for unlawful or harmful activity.
Report a suspected security or privacy issue to sungchul7039@gmail.com without attaching documents, family details, credentials, or other sensitive content.
Beta availability
KinCue is provided as an early beta on an as-available basis. Features may change, pause, or stop, and the service is not promised to be uninterrupted, error-free, or a permanent record.
Keep the original source and any important calendar or task record outside KinCue. You are responsible for reviewing confirmed details and maintaining any backup needed for your family.
Privacy, operator, and governing boundary
The Privacy Policy explains KinCue's current data handling. Privacy and terms questions can be sent to sungchul7039@gmail.com; do not email documents, credentials, child details, or other sensitive information.
KinCue is operated by Sungchul Kim from the Republic of Korea. These terms use the Republic of Korea as the stated operating and governing-law boundary, subject to any mandatory law that applies to you. They do not designate a court, arbitration forum, or venue.
These terms may be updated as the beta changes. The current page will show the effective date. If an update is not acceptable to you, stop using KinCue.
